It was great to have many of our loved ones in the same house at once, conversing and laughing together. We played craps of course. Chris became the house and doubled his money. Brad caught onto the game quick... can't wait to take him to Vegas w/ us.

Kogi BBQ yeeaaahhhh!
Finally tried Kogi BBQ last night since they showed up less than a mile from Tam's house in Fullerton. It was a 2 hour wait.... definitely worth it.
Twinkle, Twinkle I Am Star
Seth Hamamura turned 1 year old last month! When all things are going wrong, the one and only thing (besides being in his mama's arms) that can make him stop crying is... Star. Star is the "star" for The Goodnight Show on Kids PBS.
We searched high and low to find a place where we could purchase a Star as a gift, but no luck.
I think we found our new business!! hehe.
I used to know how to use a sewing maching in Jr. High... but totally forgot. Kev's mom had to give us a lesson. Kev loooooves the sewing machine now. He's tailored about 5 pairs of pants already.
Seth loves his Star!!!
The one and only Star!!! (besides the one in the studio)
Happy 1st Birthday Sethman!!!!

Orochon Ramen
Dangit! No pics of our survival through Compton :o(
Well, we drove through Compton in order to get to Orochon Ramen. Had a great time and great dinner with the cool peeps (S3, PG, and the Ratanaz). At this place they have crazy spicy ramen... if you eat the whole bowl (noodles AND broth) they post your face on the wall!!! We got a little glimpse of the super spicy ramen.. it was about the color of the menu that I posted. No thanks. None of our orders got even close to that so I'll just post our faces on here!
Miso Ramen - Spicy #4 (yes i am a weak one)
Uncle Pat and the Sethman
Hamamama & the babes eating bomba$$ ice cream!! (vanilla, red bean, and green tea)
It was nice meeting Sharon and Hannah! Hopefully we will hang out again soon :o)
BTW - this restaurant was featured on the television show, Man vs. Food. The host got his picture on the wall... after lotsa tears, sweat, and snotties.

Happy LOVE Day!
We celebrated Valentine's Day a couple days early this year to beat the restaurant crowd. Great idea! Kev surprised me by making reservations at what now is the best restaurant I've ever been to, The Hobbit. It's a family owned, house turned restaurant. They only have 1 seating a night & reservations must be made about 2 weeks in advance.
The friendly staff greeted us with their self-titled,
The Hobbit Champagne. It was very good & easy to drink! They led us and the rest of the guests down to the wine cellar where there was a bar of about 10 different hors d'oeuvres.
Here are some pictures of our 7-course meal! WHOA! I could barely finish the filet... which worked out, bc it was a little too rare for me. I just ate the borders & the mushrooms.
It was still GRUB!
Definitely a "unique dining experience". That's their quote... not my cheesiness :)
I hope you all had a wonderful Valentine's day; Celebrating our love for our friends and family, but mostly God's unconditional love for us!!
